Personal Development Description: The Male Success Alliance Annual Spring Summit is designed to equip students with the tools and resources necessary for post-secondary success. The summit targets local middle school and high school students and brings them to campus for an event that is comprised of a keynote speaker, workshops, and a campus tour. The event is an opportunity for MSA to raise awareness around issues young men of color are facing, promote success, and help students to build a network of professional and personal contacts.
